Job Title: Senior Associate - Technical Help Desk
- Managing a team of Technical Help Desk Associates.
- Resolving any customer queries that may be escalated to him/her.
- MIS and reporting.
- Responsible for the performance of the entire team.
- A Commerce Graduate (BCom, BBA or BBM) with good knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
- At least 2 year’s experience in a call center.
- Through knowledge of the functioning of a call center.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good team building and leadership skills.
Candidates are required to take a written test of approximately 30 minutes duration followed by a personal interview. The written test comprises of questions on accountancy, finance and general aptitude. The candidates are also required to write a short passage to test their writing skills.
